Two men have been arrested after eyewitnesses reported seeing bodies covered in blood following a mass brawl in Liverpool city centre. Police cordoned off Victoria Street after the fight, with reports claiming three people were punched shortly before 9:30pm. Two men are now in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
